Qi Gong Classes.

Bristol, St Anne’s Church Hall, BS56JN, Thursdays 11.00am-12.00pm 16th April, then 11.30am – 12.30pm (note new temporary timing until 4th June)

Zhan Zhuang Qigong (pronounced Jam Jong Chi Kung and best translated as stand like a tree) is a Chinese internal energy exercise for self-healing and recharging your batteries. The exercises are based on a series of static postures and gentle movements which, through regular practice, help cultivate inner strength deep relaxation and balance. The art is easy to learn yet profoundly powerful. For me it perfectly compliments everything else I do, helps my life to flow better and makes me feel that I am truly thriving.

See booking below. Alternatively, cash or electronic payment welcome on the day.

Classes are open to age 18+, are relaxed and enjoyable and suitable for all. No experience required and training can be done seated. Feel free to get in touch with any questions or if you have special requirements.

Wear comfy clothing, bring a water bottle and have something to eat an hour or so before class. Classes will take place indoors.
