Bristol, St George’s Bowls & Social Club Thursdays 6.00pm – 7.00pm (starting Thursday 10th September)

Cultivating energy through standing in simple postures, and through gentle movements. Over time practise builds resillience, improves balance and restores and maintains good health. The art Zhan Zhuang, AKA Standing like a Tree Qi Gong, is a wonderful means of connecting with ourselves, each other the natural world. It’s also hugely beneficial for overall health- practitioners regularly report that they have increased energy levels and now feel like they are thriving in their life.

Classes are open to age 18+, are relaxed and enjoyable and suitable for all. No experience required and training can be done seated. Feel free to get in touch with any questions or if you have special requirements.

Wear comfy clothing, bring a water bottle and have something to eat an hour or so before class. Classes will take place indoors.
